The Impact of Online Learning for a Mother and theReadiness of Undergoing 4.0 and Preparing 5.0Eras Pasca Pandemic

Even though, Indonesia is already in the 4.0 era which called as industrial revolution era, but it has not been able to force world of education a whole switch ”online” world. In practice, application blended learning still an option for teachers because some regions are ready use both terms educational facilities and quality teachers. However, covid19 become instant changer worldwide. The necessity social distancing requirement that process must be carried out from home all parents, namely mothers, change rule suddenly. These changes adopted by mothers suddenly online era. This study aims describe impact during pandemic see readiness undergo prepare 5.0 used descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. population sample this were 60 several elementary schools each sub-district Padangsidimpuan City. data collection technique was questionnaire instrument. results showed percentage mothers’ answers obtained they felt stressed Covid19 era.
